SPA stands for Sale and Purchase Agreement, and it's one of the most important documents you'll sign when purchasing property in Dubai.
Think of it as the contract between the buyer and the developer that outlines the terms of the transaction.

A great investment starts with understanding exactly what you're buying and the terms that govern the purchase.
