The Acres Villas by Meraas

The Acres is a residential community in the upcoming Dubailand area developed by Meraas. The first phase of the project offers an exquisite collection of 3-5 bedroom villas with access to swimmable lagoons and exclusive gardens. The Acres is a brand-new community of standalone villas in the middle of nature in the Dubailand area. The development company of the exquisite community is Meraas, which is well-known for projects such as Bluewaters Island and City Walk. The handover date of the community is expected to be in October 2027.
