Haven is a great, new, large eco-community with a focus on wellness and relaxation. It is located next to Villanova in the Dubailand neighbourhood. This is the first project in Dubai by the major Abu Dhabi developer, Aldar Properties, who specialises in innovative luxury real estate. The community is situated adjacent to Villanova and Al Barari, between the two major highways of Emirates Road and Al Ain Road. The completion date of Haven is scheduled for Q4 2027. Eco-innovations have been carefully integrated into the residences, featuring efficient water supply and electricity systems, air conditioning, excellent ventilation, and air quality improvement systems. Smart garbage recycling and a photovoltaic system for storing solar energy will also be implemented. The community is equipped with noise monitoring, air purification, soil irrigation, and security systems to make the life of its residents as comfortable as possible. Upon entering the community, you will be immediately struck by the "tree house" that holds a community space, café, library and co-working centre. Residents of the community will have access to various amenities, including an outdoor gym, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, spa and wellness centres, jogging and cycling paths, different lengths of recreational trails, children's playgrounds, a shopping centre, and much more.
