However, it should only be done when it aligns with your overall investment strategy and budget, rather than simply owning more for its own sake.

I don’t believe in buying more properties simply for the sake of owning more. I’d rather help a client build a portfolio intentionally, choosing each property based on its role in their long-term investment plan.
