The Acres Villas by Meraas Dubailand in Dubai

The Acres is a residential community in the upcoming Dubailand area developed by Meraas. The first phase of the project offers an exquisite collection of 3–5 bedroom villas with access to swimmable lagoons and exclusive gardens. The community, with its own kindergarten and primary school, provides the perfect environment for families with children.

The Acres is a brand-new community of standalone villas in the middle of nature in the Dubailand area. The development company of the exquisite community is Meraas, which is well-known for projects such as Bluewaters Island and City Walk. The handover date of the community is expected to be in October 2027.

The collection of elite residences is made up of 3–5 bedroom villas, which are nestled among lush gardens and swimmable lagoons. There are a total of 642 residences in the first phase of the project.
